Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: February 10, 2026

Waterfront Investment Real Estate, LLC, doing business as WIRE Miami, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures Taken

To ensure accessibility, we have implemented the following measures:

Accessibility Widget

We provide an accessibility widget (accessible via the icon in the lower-right corner of every page) that allows you to adjust text size, enable high contrast mode, apply grayscale, underline all links, switch to a more readable font, and pause animations.

Known Limitations

While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some content may have limitations. PDF floor plans provided by the developer may not be fully tagged for screen reader accessibility — we are working with the developer to obtain accessible versions. If you need floor plan information in an accessible format, please contact us directly and we will provide the information verbally or in an alternative format.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, please contact us:

We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue and provide the information you need in an accessible format.

Third-Party Content

Some content on this website, including certain images, renderings, and embedded media, is provided by third parties (the developer and their marketing team). While we require accessibility standards in content we produce, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party content.

Assessment and Remediation

We conduct regular accessibility assessments using automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse) and manual testing. Issues identified are logged and remediated on an ongoing basis. Our most recent comprehensive audit was conducted in February 2026.
